How to manually authorize a user.
In DNN, you can configure registration settings so that users require admin approval after signing up. To manually authorize a user:
Go to Manage > Users.
In the user list, set the filter to "Unauthorized Users" to display only users awaiting approval.
Find the desired user and click the "Authorize User" icon (usually a green checkmark) in front of their name. Once authorized, the user becomes a Registered User and can log in to the site.
