The DNN Scheduler is a powerful tool for running background tasks automatically. These tasks are essential for the health and performance of the site.

Access location: Go to Settings > Scheduler from the admin menu.

Key tasks: Some important tasks include:

Search: Site Crawler – for indexing site content for internal search.

Purge Site Log – for deleting old logs and preventing database bloat.

Manual execution: You can select any task and click the Run Now button to execute it manually.

View history: In the History tab, you can see the execution status of tasks (successful or failed), which is very useful for troubleshooting.
